Post-workout Peptide Bowl

February 12, 2017

Post-workout meals are necessary in replenishing your muscles and glycogen levels.

Protein shakes are very common to have a quick meal in and faster digesting. As much I enjoy the taste of a cookie's and cream flavored protein shake - my belly doesn't seem to have that same reaction.

Until I found Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides.

I came across this gem while I was researching approved items for the Whole30. I started consuming this daily and have noticed a dynamic change in my skin. Prone to acne and breakouts - my skin was finally clear without antibiotics or facial cleansers.

Not only have a noticed a change in complexion; I no longer experienced belly aches from the protein intake.

Grass-fed, pasture raised, unflavored and nothing artificial about it.

I know it's common for people to buy expensive proteins for the brand or claiming "fast weight loss" or "appetite suppressant". But why? Forcing your body to go into that state is not normal or healthy. Healthy is eating a great amount of WHOLE foods and anything that does not have a shelf life longer than you. So when choosing proper supplements, research and chose wisely what you put inside your body. Love yourself. Inside and Out.
