Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

It's not uncommon that a restaurant will have chicken wings in their appetizer section. And these are definitely my favorite bar foods to eat. The messiness and nibbling on every little piece to the bone until it's squeaky clean. Though many restaurants have wings double fried and drenched in sauce, I decided to make mine on the healthier side while still satisfying the crave.


Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings




3 lbs organic chicken drumettes and flats

1/8 cup olive oil

1/8 coconut aminos

2 TBS Flavor God lemon pepper seasoning

1/2 TBS Flavor God Himalayan Pink Salt & Peppercorn

1/2 TBS cayenne pepper

1 TBS MCT or coconut oil




Pre-heat oven to 390 degrees.

Lay foil on 2 cookie sheets. Brush MCT or coconut oil evenly on both sheets.

Wash chicken wings and dry. Place wings in a large mixing bowl and add olive oil, aminos, Flavor God seasoning and cayenne pepper. Mix well and lay wings on cookie sheets.

Bake for 40 minutes, turning tray half way in between.

Broil on low for 5 minutes or until nicely brown on top.
