We make reaching your health and fitness goals easy and affordable.  Our meals are made to order and prepared fresh every week using all natural ingredients, herbs, and spices. There are no additives, added sugar or preservatives in our meals.  Each meal is proportioned with your health and fitness goals in mind. We believe that eating healthy should be enjoyable and rewarding, so we have combined many favorite foods that anyone can enjoy guilt free.  Designed for the busy moms to the training athletes, our meals will help you stay on track and keep you energized throughout the day.

Our food is not cooked in a peanut, gluten-free facility. We are not responsible for any allergens that may pertain to your health. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges for meals unless there was a mistake on our part. All of our meals will be delivered in new microwave safe containers.  It is your responsibility to keep the temperature of your food out of the TDZ (click link to learn more) margins when cold, and to heat you food up properly before consuming.

Q. At what temperature should I keep my food in the fridge?

A. Food should be kept in the fridge and maintain an internal temperature below 40 degrees

Q. Can I get a refund after I place my order?

A. We do not offer refunds after an order has been placed.

Q. What if I miss the pickup window to get my meals?

A. If you miss the pickup window we can deliver for $7 if you are local, or if you are outside of the area we will issue a refund. There will be a 15 % fee for refunds 

 

Q. What is the shelf life of the meals after it has been received?

A. The day your meals have been received, it has a shelf life in the fridge for up to 7 days from the date meal is cooked. If you do not plan on eating the meals within that time frame, it is ok to freeze then thaw and re-heat when ready to enjoy.

 

Q. How long should I microwave each meal for?

A If it has been in the fridge, microwave for 1-2 minutes (will vary depending on microwave) to ensure an internal temperature of 165 degrees. 

 

Q. What are your pick up hours?

A. Sundays from 9 AM - 2 PM 

Q. What is your cancellation/refund policy?

A. We understand that plans change. If you request to cancel your order after Thursday 11am, you will not receive a refund. If you request to cancel your orders before Thursday 11am, you may save it as credit for the following menu OR request a refund which will include a $5 transaction fee.

Q. What do the calories in each meal range from?

A. All of our meals are below 500 calories well portioned with enough proteins, carbs and fats. Every meal will have a macronutrient label for your reference and easy tracking.

Q. What happens if my order is not correct?

A. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is correct upon pick up or delivery. If it is not - please take a picture of the entire order and we will gladly exchange the meals to make it right.
